What is MediaFlow?
MediaFlow is an intelligent media curation and monitoring platform. It monitors news sources across multiple channels, classifies stories with AI, translates content across languages, and enables editorial teams to review and publish curated news to community channels. It also includes a live media monitor with access to over 80 on-demand streams.
News Curation
MediaFlow continuously monitors over 12 news sources for relevant stories. The AI-powered pipeline handles the entire workflow:
- Source monitoring — Fetches content from configured channels on a schedule
- AI classification — Determines whether each story is newsworthy
- Content processing — Sanitises, cleans, and formats stories
- Deduplication — Deep duplicate detection using image hashes, text similarity, and AI analysis
- Translation — Automatic translation for non-English destinations
- Story clustering — Groups related stories together
Editorial Review
Every story goes through an editorial review process before publication. Team members can review stories via the web dashboard or directly in a Telegram review group:

Publish the story to the destination channel
Reject
Skip the story with a logged reason
Edit
Modify the caption before approving
Merge
Combine two or more related stories
Live Media Monitor
Access over 80 live streams on demand, including regional and international news channels. Streams are resource-efficient — they only activate when you start watching and automatically stop after inactivity.
Available channels include IRIB network channels, Arabic news (Al Manar, Al Masira, Al Mayadeen, Al Alam), and international broadcasters (RT, TRT World, CGTN).
Multi-Stream Viewing
Watch multiple streams simultaneously with configurable grid layouts:
- Featured view — Single stream, full width
- 2x2 grid — Four streams side by side
- 3x3 grid — Nine streams for broad monitoring
- 4x4 grid — Sixteen streams for comprehensive coverage
Drag and reorder streams within the grid. Supports Picture-in-Picture, AirPlay, and Google Cast for flexible viewing.
Recording & Clipping
Record live streams with a unique time-shift feature: each stream maintains a rolling 3-minute buffer, so when you press Record, your recording includes the moments before you started.
Create clips from recordings, add AI-powered subtitles in over 10 languages, generate articles from the clip content, and share directly to your publishing destinations.
