What is ScribeFlow?
ScribeFlow is an end-to-end content production pipeline. Upload an audio or video file, and ScribeFlow automatically transcribes the speech, translates the transcript into multiple languages, and generates polished articles — all powered by AI.
Upload & Processing
Upload audio or video files up to 2 GB in size, or provide a URL for remote processing. ScribeFlow handles the heavy lifting:
- Audio cleaning — Noise reduction and audio enhancement
- Voice isolation — Separates speech from background audio
- Language detection — Automatically identifies the spoken language
- Speaker diarization — Identifies who is speaking and when
Supported formats include MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, WEBM, and most common audio/video formats.
Transcription
Cloud-based AI speech recognition produces accurate transcripts with word-level timing. Transcripts are segmented into paragraphs and sentences for easy reading and editing.
Speaker diarization labels each segment with the identified speaker, making it easy to follow multi-speaker conversations and lectures.
You can review and edit the transcript directly in the browser before proceeding to translation or article generation.
Translation
Translate transcripts into multiple languages simultaneously with context-aware AI translation. Currently supported languages:
Batch translation processes 50 segments per API call, making it 10-20x faster than sequential translation. Progress is shown in real time with estimated completion times.
Article Generation
Transform transcripts into polished, publication-ready articles using AI. The article generator restructures the spoken content into well-organised written form with proper headings, paragraphs, and flow.
Generated articles maintain the theological accuracy of the original content while improving readability for a written audience.

Download your content in multiple formats:

Version history is maintained so you can restore previous versions of transcripts and translations at any time.
